About Our Condominiums
There are a total of 398 condominiums in this gated community ranging in size from 1,200 to 3,400 sq. ft. (2 to 4 bedrooms). 326 of these are multi-story townhouse style homes and 72 of these are in our Villa buildings (flats) fronting Lake Murray and our Yacht Cove Marina.  

About Our Community
Our lakeside complex of 64 acres includes a large clubhouse for residents' use with meeting or event space, and a downstairs party area complete with pool table, tvs, wet bar and kitchen.  Our large swimming pool is adjacent to the clubhouse.  We enjoy a tennis court, pickleball courts, children’s playground area and wide open spaces.  Water sports abound from our 132 wet slip Marina providing immediate access to Lake Murray. We also enjoy a 75-boat space dry storage area.

About Lake Murray
Lake Murray is known as the “Crown Jewel” of South Carolina for its beauty and pristine waters.  This man-made lake is 41 miles long, 14 miles wide in places and covers some 50,000 acres with 650 miles of shoreline and depths of over 200 feet.  Construction on the 1 ½ mile, 200 ft. high earthen dam to harness the Saluda River for hydroelectric power to serve the Greater Columbia area was begun in 1927 and completed in 1930.  The lake has since become a favorite of fishermen, boaters, water skiers and swimmers.  Wildlife such as herons and egrets can be seen on the shoreline and striped bass, bream, catfish, crappie, and largemouth bass abound in the lake.  Many national bass fishing tournaments are held on Lake Murray each year.
